Rare comic going up for auction

(NEWSOURCE) one of the rarest and most-valuable comic books ever printed is going up for auction and it could fetch millions of dollars for the seller!

The comic is "action comics number one, marking the first-ever appearance of "superman".

E-bay says it will be available on the auction site next month.

It's estimated just 50 copies remain and this one is said to be in the best condition of them all.

An e-bay appraiser calls the 76-year-old comic "pristine".

The comic originally sold for ten cents in 1938.

A copy that's not as well-preserved as this one sold for more than two million dollars in 2011.

The seller says he will donate a portion of proceeds to charity.
