NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WRGB) - An Albany police officer is on paid administrative leave after he allegedly punched a person in the face while at a bar in Nashville, Tennessee.
The victim told Nashville police that 28-year-old Matthew Seeber was in a restricted area. The victim walked up to Seeber and told him to leave.
Seeber refused to do so and that's when he allegedly punched the victim in the head.
Seeber is scheduled to be in court on August 24.
