TROY, NY (WRGB) — Troy Police say they have arrested a man in connection to the shooting death of a known anti-gun activist back in March.
Police say back on March 26, Maurice Miller was fatally shot in the chest around 11:30 pm in the back patio of The Bradley, a bar on 4th St.
The 46-year-old was taken to a hospital where he was pronounced dead. Another adult male victim was also shot. Officials say he was taken to the hospital and serious condition.
On August 9th, Troy Police say they have arrested 31-year-old Thaddaeus Steed, Jr. He's been charged with murder and criminal possession of a weapon.

He's been arraigned and remanded to the Renssealer County Jail.
Troy Police say they were assisted by the U.S. Marshals Office.
