Burglary investigation leads to police finding over 50 pounds of marijuana

ALBANY, NY (WRGB) Albany Police say they have arrested an Albany man after over 50 pounds of marijuana was discovered during a burglary investigation.

Police say on January 26, just before 11:00 officers responded to a home on the 200 block of Manning Boulevard between Washington Avenue and North Allen Street for reports of a burglary in progress.

During the investigation they found that the resident, later identified as Christian Deluna, 25, was in possession of 51 pounds of marihuana. He was arrested, charged with criminal possession of marijuana.
