Cohoes mayor delivers State of the City

Cohoes residents got to hear about the state of their city Thursday night.

Mayor Shawn Morse addressed the city council, talking about "Cohoes Proud," and keeping the city clean.

He also spoke about the devastating Remsen Street fire back in November, that destroyed or damaged a number of homes and businesses -- and about the tremendous outpouring of support to get victims back on their feet.
