TROY, NY (WRGB) — Troy Police say they have arrested 4 people in connection to what they are describing as a "brazen shooting" in Troy on Sunday.
Around 10:45AM Sunday morning, Troy Police Patrols received multiple 911 calls reporting a shooting outside on 2nd Street in the area of Madison Street.
Arriving patrols located an adult male victim with gunshot wounds to his torso. He was treated at the scene by members of the Troy Fire Department and transported to a local area hospital.
The victim is in serious condition.

Three were arrested after attempting to flee the scene, according to police. A 4th, accused of being involved, was located in a building near the location of the shooting.
4 illegal handguns were recovered, according to police.
Police say the shooting occurred after a verbal dispute.
25-year-old Tyquan Victor, from the Bronx, was charged with attempted murder, criminal use of a firearm, assault, and criminal possession of a weapon. Police say more charges are possible due to him being on parole.

Rashon Dickerson, 24, from Troy is also on parole has been charged along side 22-year-old Tyreek Stokes, and 24 year old Jeffrey Jones, from Manhattan, with criminal possession of a weapon.
