Gloversville, New YorkGLOVERSVILLE, NY (WRGB) Police in Gloversville have arrested three men, one an active U.S. Marine, in connection to a bizarre armed robbery.
Police say the victim called police after three people entered his home and threatened him with a handgun at around 7:30 PM on September 9th. Police say the victim then reported that the suspects stole cash and left the residence.
The three men then contacted the victim, demanding more money, according to police. When the victim did not respond, police say the three men returned to his home.
Police say they arrested 18 year old Vittorio Barnett and 20 year old Trey Feldle, both of Gloversville. Also arrested was 18 year old Kye Shelton from Maryland.
Police say when they stopped a vehicle with the three suspects inside, they recovered a .40 caliber handgun, ammunition, brass knuckles and money.
All three were charged with criminal possession of a firearm and robbery.
They were arraigned in Gloversville City Court where they were remanded to the custody of the Fulton County Sheriff’s Office with a bail of $25,000 cash.
Police sayTrey Feldle is an active duty U.S. Marine.
