ALBANY, NY (WRGB) Governor Cuomo has added another state to New York's travel advisory list, which mandates travelers spending more than 24 hours in the state self-quarantine for 14 days.

While Rhode Island has been added, the good news is that Delaware and Washington D.C. have been removed from the listing.
