Joseph Rossi faces five years behind bars for terroristic threat
A 20-year-old man could spend five years in prison, after he pled guilty to making a terroristic threat earlier this year.
Joseph Rossi made the non-specific threat against Burnt Hills-Ballston Lake schools on social media.
Rossi is a former student at the school.
Authorities say several people reported seeing the threat on Snapchat and Instagram. Prosecutors are applauding those people, saying they did the right thing by reporting what they saw.
