GUILDERLAND (WRGB) -- The SUNY Poly Children's Museum of Science and Technology and the Scotia Glenville children's Museum shared the secrets of making ice cream Friday at the Guilderland Public Library.
It's never too cold for ice cream, and the kids churning their own agree.
The goal of the program is to teach kids that science is all around them.
"I think science is fun, and I think it's really important for children to see how much fun science is, it's not something that you dread, or that's complicated, but it's around us, all over and it's part of our lives and it's really fun," said Sandy Tabor of the Guilderland Public Library.
The SUNY Poly Children's Museum says their goal is to "instill a sense of wonder and discovery in youth."
