Law Enforcement leaders angered after bail set at $1 for man charged in Albany homicide

Jhajuan Sabb is charged for shooting and killing Sharf Addalim on the corner of First and Quail Streets in Albany last Friday. Five other people were injured too. (WRGB){ }{p}{/p}

Sabb was arraigned in Albany City Court on May 22nd, and appeared again on May 27th. The court clerk tells CBS6, the Prosecution didn't move forward with a preliminary hearing, and bail was set at $1. (WRGB){ }{p}{/p}
