ALBANY, NY (WRGB) A man with ties to the Albany area is expected to plead guilty to breaking into other student's private accounts and downloading private files, including nude photos.
Court documents say between 2016 and 2019, while as an undergraduate student at SUNY Plattsburgh and as a law student at Albany Law School, Michael Fish accessed dozens of female student accounts by resetting their passwords and correctly answering security questions.
Once inside, he was then able to obtain login information to social media accounts, Google accounts and iCloud accounts, where he then downloaded nude, sexually explicit, and personally embarrassing photographs and videos stored in those other online accounts.

Fish then traded these images with others online, even doctoring the private photos, placing victims next to their graduation photo.
Back in March 19th, court paperwork says that Fish admitted to police of his actions when federal agents served a warrant. Fish attempted to discard a USB device and hide his laptop.
Federal agents found hundreds of files of child pornography on the laptop.
