NYSUT looking for lawmakers to pass school safety legislation

ALBANY, NY (WRGB) New York State United Teachers are calling on lawmakers to pass a package of legislation to make schools across the state safer.

They were in the Capital Tuesday talking about the support school staff campaign.

It focuses on a package of four bills that will mandate school districts to stop potential violence in the workplace.
