One in custody after standoff in Albany
ALBANY -- Albany police say a man is in custody after they responded to reports of an emotionally disturbed man with a weapon.
Police gathered on Kenosha Street Saturday afternoon, closing off the road in the area.
Members of the Emergency Services Team arrived, police said, and were able to talk the man out of the house without incident.
There is no indication of any harm or violence in the incident. Police said the man was transported for evaluation.
