Pittsfield police investigate shooting
PITTSFIELD, Mass. -- Police are investigating a shooting at the intersection of Willow and Spring Streets Saturday morning.
Just before 9 a.m., officers responded to a ShotSpotter activation near the intersection of Spring and Willow Streets.
Arriving officers found a 30-year-old man who appeared to have at least one potentially life-threatening gunshot wound.
Officers performed lifesaving measures, and the man was taken to Berkshire Medical Center for treatment.
