Recently reopened Schenectady bridge vandalized

SCHENECTADY, N.Y. (WRGB) - Just two days after repairs to Schenectady's Oak Street Bridge, someone decided to leave a message for the city.

The message written in black spray paint reads "try again" and "lmao."

More graffiti was added to the surrounding areas. The bridge had been closed for five years due to safety concerns.

A Schenectady official told CBS6’s media partners at The Daily Gazette that crews will be working to remove the graffiti in the coming days.
