SCHENECTADY -- The Mayor's Office announced Wednesday that the state of emergency in the area of Nott Terrace has expired -- but officials are still warning people to be careful in that area, as conditions may still be hazardous.

Three people were injured in the slide.

The cause is still under investigation,
