Halfmoon man charged in Clifton Park hit and run
UPDATE: State police have arrested a Halfmoon man they say was the driver in a hit-and-run crash early Saturday morning.
Jesse M. Labrake, 45, is charged with leaving the scene of a personal injury auto accident and aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle 3rd degree, both Vehicle and Traffic Misdemeanor Offenses.
State police in Clifton Park received information leading to the location of the vehicle involved in the incident on Clifton Park Village Road. Investigation determined that Labrake was the operatir of the 2008 Pontiac G6 at the time of the crash.
Labrake was arraigned at the Town of Clifton Park Court and remanded to the Saratoga County Jail in lieu of $2,500 cash, $5,000 bond. The pedestrian sustained non-life threatening injuries.
CLIFTON PARK -- State Police are looking for information in a hit-and-run pedestrian crash early Saturday morning.
At 12:45 a.m., troopers and Saratoga County sheriff's deputies were called to the area of Peddler's Bar & Bistro on Clifton Park Village Road. According to state police, an unknown vehicle struck a pedestrian who was walking in the grassy area beside the roadway.
The vehicle is described as an older Pontiac sedan, small and white, possibly a G6.
