Martina Hull, of Troy, was sentenced Wednesday morning to 5 years probation in Albany County Court before Hon. Andra Ackerman.

Hull admitted to stealing over $50,000 while working as the Human Resources Director at the Sidney Albert Jewish Community Center. The indictment alleged this occurred between October 2016 and March 2020.

She was accused of creating an employee named "Harry Hall IV," and paying out over $123,000 to that account. Later deposits were made into an account with her name on it.

Hull was required, per the terms of the plea agreement, to pay full restitution by the date of sentencing, which she did.
