Two arrested, accused of possessing forged credit cards

COLONIE, NY (WRGB) The Albany County Sheriff's Office say they have arrested two people after deputies say they found forged credit cards in their possession.

Investigators say two men, later identified as Michael Addaewusu and Yves Amakon, were acting suspicious in the parking lot of the Best Western Hotel.

Police say the two were in possession of 14 forged credit cards.

Addaewusu was charged with 5 counts of criminal possession of a forged instrument as well as unlawful possession of marijuana.

Amakon was charged with 9 counts of criminal possession of a forged instrument, unlawful possession of a skimmer devise, and unlawful possession of marijuana.

Both were remanded to the Albany County Jail.
