Vermont man charged with DWI after causing disturbance at drive thru
GRANVILLE, NY (WRGB) The Washington County Sheriff's Office say they have arrested a Vermont man, accused of causing a disturbance at a restaurant drive thru.
Investigators say that the deputies, at around 11:00 PM back on August 16th, they responded to an unnamed restaurant on State Route 22. There they witnessed a man seen blowing the horn and screaming at restaurant employees.
Deputies say the driver, later identified as James Clark, 51, attempted to leave the scene. He was taken into custody and charged with DWI after failing several field sobriety tests. Deputies say his BAC was .15%
He was charged with Felony DWI after having a previous DWI arrest in the past 10 years.
