GOVERNMENT CAMP, Ore. – Oregon Gov. Kate Brown’s husband, Dan Little, took a federal property mess into his own hands Friday by cleaning the bathrooms at the Mt. Hood National Forest Sno-Park.

A photo posted by the governor on Twitter shows empty food containers, dog poop bags, and other debris overflowing from the bathroom trash can and covering the floor.

Once Little finished his tidying, the cement floor was spotless.

The federally-maintained restroom was a mess because of the government shutdown. Federal employees are furloughed and instructed not to go to work until the government reopens. Therefore, no one has been cleaning the bathrooms

Brown says Little sent the bill for the disposal to President Donald Trump.

In Brown’s tweet she said, “This is just one of the many reasons I love my husband, Dan.”
